Visit the school signup page and complete the registration form. Our team reviews each application and follows up within 24-48 hours.
What information do I need to provide during signup?
School name, contact details, school type, education level, student count, curriculum system, and preferred academic year start date.

How do I add teachers and students to the platform?
Admins can bulk import via CSV or create users individually through the admin dashboard.
What user roles are available in TargetGrade?
School Admin, Staff, Teachers, Students, and Parents (depending on your selected plan).
Platform Features
Can I create custom assignments and assessments?
Yes. Teachers can create custom assessments, use templates, and manage question banks.
Is there a mobile app available?
The platform is fully responsive on mobile browsers. Native mobile apps are in development.
Security & Privacy
How secure is my school data?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is role-based and all activity is logged.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You retain ownership of your data. Export support is available before account closure.
Pricing & Billing
How is TargetGrade priced?
Pricing is based on student count and selected modules. Volume pricing is available for larger institutions.
Can we upgrade or downgrade our plan?
Yes. Upgrades can apply immediately, and downgrades are scheduled to the next billing cycle.
